How quickly can I have someone working?
For roles on our pre-vetted bench: 5–7 days from brief to start. For specialist roles requiring new sourcing: 10–14 days. We will give you a realistic timeline in the intake call.
What roles do you cover?

How is this different from a recruitment agency?
Recruitment agencies find you someone and then leave. We remain responsible for the engagement. You get the person plus ongoing management, replacement guarantees, and performance monitoring.
What happens if the specialist does not work out?
We replace them within 7 days, at no additional cost. No exceptions.
Do specialists sign NDAs and IP agreements?
Yes. Every specialist signs an NDA, IP assignment agreement, and data handling agreement before starting. Contracts are governed by the law of your choice.
